Fuel Distribution Changes

Sri Lanka is implementing a new fuel distribution system based on vehicle number plates. This appears to be a new policy to manage fuel allocation.

So now we're playing vehicular musical chairs with fuel? Can't wait to see people trading license plates like Pokemon cards just to fill up their tank. Brilliant strategy - nothing says 'smooth distribution' like making everyone feel like they're in a bureaucratic game show.
