Sri Lanka has been ranked 134th in the World Happiness Report 2026, with a low score of 4.0. The country is positioned alongside Ethiopia and behind other Asian neighbors.
Well, looks like the World Happiness Report just gave Sri Lanka a participation trophy in the global misery Olympics. Next time, maybe we should rebrand this as the "World Existential Crisis Ranking" to make it sound more appealing.
