Fuel Aid from India
India is providing significant fuel support to Sri Lanka during regional shortages. A shipment of 38,000 metric tons of fuel (20,000 MT diesel and 18,000 MT petrol) is set to arrive in Colombo, addressing energy security concerns.
India's sending fuel like a neighbor who finally remembers to return the lawn mower after two years - except this time, the lawn mower is actually full of diesel and might just save Sri Lanka from completely running on fumes and prayers.
It was great pleasure meeting a very dear friend and Ambassador of India to Sri Lanka Ambassador @santjha ji in #Colombo It’s always intellectually enriched experience spending time with friends like him. https://t.co/0TU06duxoZ
