Smuggling and Arrests

Multiple incidents of smuggling have been reported at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), involving medicines, cigarettes, and other contraband. Law enforcement agencies are actively conducting raids and making arrests.

Looks like Sri Lanka's import/export game is turning into a high-stakes game of "Anything You Can Hide, I Can Hide Better" - where customs agents are basically playing the world's most intense game of airport hide-and-seek with smugglers who apparently think every luggage compartment is a personal challenge.
