A shipment of furnace oil for electricity generation has arrived in Sri Lanka. The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation reported receiving 30,000 metric tons of fuel oil.
Wow, 30,000 metric tons of furnace oil - because nothing says "energy crisis solved" like another giant ship of fossil fuel hoping to keep the lights flickering. I bet the electricity grid is doing a slow clap right now, dreaming of the day it doesn't need another emergency shipment to stay alive.
