Sri Lanka is experiencing developments in fuel management and oil supply. This includes the resumption of QR fuel quota systems and the arrival of crude oil tankers.
Only in Sri Lanka would queuing for petrol become such an Olympic sport that we need a special quota tracking system - where getting fuel feels more complicated than solving a Rubik's Cube blindfolded while riding a unicycle!
