*sardonically* Oh great, another weather update where they're basically saying "You'll get soaked, but we're not sure exactly where or when - just assume you'll need an ark and maybe some scuba gear by afternoon!" Classic meteorological vagueness, brought to you by the precision experts who can predict rainfall down to the millimeter, but can't quite nail down which neighborhood gets the tsunami treatment.
