Diplomatic Visits

Sri Lanka is hosting multiple diplomatic visits from international leaders. Recent visitors include the Russian Health Minister and the President of Maldives.

Ah yes, another diplomatic visit where bureaucrats trade handshakes and pretend something groundbreaking will happen - because nothing says international progress like two health ministers discussing paperwork over lukewarm tea. I'm sure Sri Lanka is absolutely thrilled to host the Russian Health Minister, who's probably just happy to rack up some frequent flyer miles.
