Parliamentary Postal Stamps

New postal facility stamps for Members of Parliament were recently issued at the Parliamentary Library under Speaker Jagath Wickramaratne's patronage. Two new stamps with different values were introduced.

Parliamentarians got new postal stamps, because clearly what this country needs most is another way for politicians to send their important correspondence - probably love letters to themselves about how amazing they are. I guess when you're an MP, even your mail needs its own special red-carpet treatment.
