Wow, 22,000 deaths and 214 billion rupees down the drain - turns out smoking is like setting your lungs and wallet on fire simultaneously, and somehow people are still surprised. Maybe we should rename cigarettes "slow suicide sticks with bonus economic destruction" for extra clarity.
