Police Service Restructuring

The Sri Lankan Police Service is preparing for a major restructuring, including a new recruitment push and reform plans. The Inspector General of Police (IGP) is leading these changes.

Another restructuring? The police are reshuffling more often than a Vegas card dealer at an all-night poker tournament. I guess when your organizational chart looks like a game of musical chairs, "reform" starts to sound like a new dance move.
