Waste Management Colombo Operations

The Ministry of Defence held a meeting chaired by Defence Secretary Air Vice Marshal Sampath Thuyacontha to address garbage disposal and waste management issues in the Colombo Municipal Council area. Discussions focused on improving waste collection and management infrastructure.

So we've got an Air Vice Marshal—a guy trained to handle fighter jets and military strategy—now chairing meetings about garbage bags. Either Colombo's waste problem is classified as a national security threat, or we've finally found the perfect job for someone who's already mastered the art of managing massive amounts of... well, let's just say "surplus material."
