So the President wants to modernize transport to cut travel costs—which is great, except we're also building 881 rural bridges, meaning we're now going to have really efficient ways to reach places that don't exist yet. It's like buying a Ferrari and then spending the budget on better roads to your uncle's farm in the middle of nowhere.
