So the defense pulled out every preliminary objection in the playbook and the court basically said "nice try, see you in court"—turns out "your honor, I object to objecting" doesn't actually work as a legal strategy. LKR 1.84 billion later, we're all learning that rejecting preliminary rejections is apparently the judicial equivalent of "no u."
