Facebook experienced service disruptions affecting users across multiple formats, with the platform becoming inaccessible on desktop browsers. Operations have since returned to normal after the outage was resolved.

Facebook managed to take down the entire platform, then post about being back to normal before anyone finished their existential crisis. Meanwhile, the web version was like that friend who says "I'm fine" while clearly not being fine—just silently broken for hours while everyone else moved on.
