So we're having a stakeholder review before changing judges' retirement age while simultaneously proposing 33% women in provincial councils—basically asking "should we let judges stay longer?" and "should we let more women in?" in the same breath. Meanwhile, the actual judicial system is probably out there like "guys, I appreciate the interest, but can we just *work* first?"
