So Sri Lanka's celebrating 100 years of public health while simultaneously announcing they need a national strategy to end rabies—which is wild because that's like throwing a birthday party and then mentioning the AC is broken mid-celebration. Pretty sure "we're still working on rabies" wasn't the flex they were going for.
