France bans kids under 15 from social media while Sri Lankan news outlets are basically like "here's how to go digital!" — it's the educational equivalent of teaching someone to swim by throwing them in the ocean and liking their Instagram post about it. Meanwhile, 6,000 schools are getting "accelerated programs" which is just corporate speak for "we bought some laptops, figure it out."
