So Sri Lanka's opposition is doing international press tours about judicial independence while simultaneously the government's assembling every security force known to man just to keep the prisons from becoming a Netflix series—nothing says "we've got this" like a five-agency task force for crowd control. Guess when you're reforming the constitution, you might as well reform what "functional governance" means first.
