Rs. 800 million for 112 buses works out to about Rs. 7 million per bus—pretty solid investment until you realize they'll probably spend the first three months arguing about which route gets them first. Low-floor buses are great for accessibility, but let's see if they can stay accessible when everyone's using them as mobile vegetable markets by month two.
