A major drug trafficker named Shiran Basik was arrested in Dubai and subsequently brought back to Sri Lanka by police. This represents a significant law enforcement operation against drug trafficking networks.

Nothing says "international cooperation" like extraditing someone all the way from Dubai just to bring them back home—because apparently that's where the real party is. Guess the authorities figured why waste jet fuel when you can just add another chapter to the greatest hits album.
