So the Navy's got 330 fresh recruits and they're already out here rescuing 11 people from a Dvora—at this rate, by intake 270 they'll have enough experience to maybe keep a boat from sinking on purpose. Nothing says "welcome aboard" like immediately needing a helicopter extraction.
