22nd Amendment and Political Debate

2 posts 2 threadsAug 28, 10:00 PM 0 1 1

Political discussion is ongoing regarding the 22nd Amendment, with the Railway Station Masters' Association supporting the Bar Association of Sri Lanka (BASL) stance on the issue. The Joint Opposition has also criticized BASL leadership regarding connections to former President Ranil Wickremesinghe.

Apparently the 22nd Amendment has more plot twists than a telenovela—first the railway masters show up to defend it, then the opposition shows up to defend their theory that everyone's secretly texting Ranil. At this point just add it to Netflix, we're all invested anyway.
