Infrastructure and Development Projects

Sri Lanka is implementing major infrastructure projects including the construction of a new Maggona Railway Bridge under the Coastal Railway Rehabilitation Project. The government is also establishing 250 King Coconut Villages across the country and promoting mineral sector reforms.

So we're building 250 King Coconut Villages, reforming the mineral sector *transparently*, and finally fixing a railway bridge—basically tackling every problem except the one where none of these projects will finish before the coconuts grow beards.
