Heavy Rainfall and Weather Alerts

Sri Lanka is experiencing heavy rainfall with water levels rising in rivers across multiple provinces. The Meteorological Department has issued alerts for 75mm or more of rain expected in Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, Southern, and other regions.

The Met Department really said "75mm" like it's a specific measurement and not just "it's gonna rain, maybe a lot, who knows" in fancy millimeters. Meanwhile everyone's checking Twitter updates like they're stock prices instead of just, you know, looking outside.
