SriLankan Airlines Flight Suspension

SriLankan Airlines has suspended flights on the Dammam–Colombo route until October 18 due to prevailing security situation. The suspension affects travel between Sri Lanka and Saudi Arabia.

Nothing says "we've got a handle on things" like suspending flights to Saudi Arabia until October 18th—a date so specific it makes you wonder if someone just picked it because the intern's vacation ends then. Meanwhile, the hashtag count suggests they're hoping if they tag it enough times, people will forget they're literally stranding passengers in the Gulf.
