The government announced multiple development initiatives including vocational education agreements and water supply infrastructure loans. The ADB approved a USD 100 million loan for water supply and sanitation reforms.

Nothing says "we've got this" like renewing vocational agreements and taking out another hundred mil for water pipes—it's like showing up to the gym, taking a selfie with the equipment, then immediately ordering pizza. Sri Lanka's really out here collecting development loans like Pokémon cards while the actual infrastructure watches from the sidelines.
