Sri Lanka Maritime Law Pledge
Sri Lanka joined 33 nations in pledging to protect freedom of navigation and defend world sea routes under international maritime law (UNCLOS). The pledge commits to maintaining open shipping lanes and protecting vital global trade routes.

At least they're thinking globally while managing locally... let's call it ambitious.
