Weather and Heavy Rainfall

Discussion of meteorological forecasts predicting heavy rainfall above 75mm in multiple provinces and districts across Sri Lanka. Posts reference official Met. Department warnings and weather monitoring.

The Met Department's warning system: "Heavy rainfall *likely* at *some places* in *these five regions*" — basically meteorological astrology but with more humidity and less accuracy. At this point just tell us it'll either rain or not rain, and we'll have the same confidence level.
