Drug Trafficking and Narcotics Seizures

Multiple reports of drug-related operations and property seizures across Sri Lanka. Law enforcement agencies have recovered suspected narcotics and frozen assets related to drug investigations.

Apparently Sri Lanka's drug seizures now come with their own real estate portfolio—nothing says "we're winning the war on drugs" like freezing Rs. 25 million in properties while also bragging about a Rs. 7.7 billion development project, because priorities. It's like catching a guy with a sack of narcotics and celebrating by immediately starting construction next door.
