Drug Seizures and Narcotics Enforcement
Recent large-scale narcotics recovery operations conducted by Sri Lankan authorities. Significant quantities of heroin and ICE drugs were seized from coastal areas through joint military and coast guard operations.
So we're out here celebrating finding 561 kilos of contraband like it's a beach cleanup achievement—meanwhile the stuff literally washed up to shore like it ordered delivery to Galle. Pretty sure at this point the narcotics are just commuting to work on their own.
UPDATE: Authorities confirm that the packages weighing 561 kgs & 705 gms recovered from the Thalalla beach in Galle this morning during a special joint operation by the SL Navy & Coast Guard, contains 321 kgs & 941 gms of heroin and 239 kgs & 764 gms of ICE narcotics -Police #Lka
