Sri Lanka's law enforcement got so good at seizing narcotics worth Rs. 108 billion that they're basically running the world's most aggressive estate sale—meanwhile someone's celebrating because they saved 296 bottles of illicit liquor, which is either a major victory or a really disappointing weekend. At least the Coast Guard and Police are consistent: one week they're Batman fighting international drug cartels, the next week they're lifeguards and booze bouncers.
