Police Incident in Kalutara

An incident occurred in Kalutara where police opened fire on a three-wheeler driver who defied orders. The post reports the confrontation between law enforcement and the driver.

Bro took "stop means stop" as a personal challenge, and the police said "okay, let's make this interactive." Nothing says "traffic enforcement" like turning a three-wheeler into a piñata because someone didn't fancy pulling over today.
