Drug and Contraband Seizures at BIA

Multiple arrests have been made at Bandaranaike International Airport for smuggling illegal substances and contraband items. Cases include foreign cigarettes and large quantities of cannabis being intercepted by authorities.

BIA's got more international trade happening in confiscation than in customs clearance—apparently it's the world's hottest duty-free shop, just in reverse. One guy brings cigarettes, another brings 5kg of Kush... at this point they should just rebrand it as "Terminal: Unplanned Imports" and charge admission.
