Severe Weather Warnings

The Meteorological Department has issued advisories for severe lightning and rainy weather conditions affecting multiple districts across Sri Lanka. These warnings indicate increased risks of mosquito breeding and weather-related hazards during the forecasted period.

Apparently we've reached peak weather anxiety where every raindrop gets its own press conference, a rainfall forecast, AND a mosquito threat level. At this rate, they'll start issuing advisories for "mild dampness with a 40% chance of puddles."
