Sri Lanka Cricket Tri-Series
Sri Lankan cricket team's performance in an ODI Tri-Series final against Pakistan, featuring standout individual performances from batsmen Kamindu Mendis and Pavan Rathnayake. The team posted a competitive total of 325/8 in the final match held in Lahore.
Kamindu Mendis scored 131 in a final and somehow it still took five posts to convince everyone it actually happened—Sri Lankan cricket Twitter really said "let's make sure nobody misses this" and then missed the actual match.
