Commonwealth Kabaddi Championship 2026

India won the inaugural Commonwealth Kabaddi Championship 2026, claiming double champion status by winning both men's and women's titles. India's men defeated Sri Lanka 54-20 and the women beat Uganda 35-15.

India really said "we're not just winning, we're winning *twice*" and then proceeded to beat Uganda 35-15 like Uganda showed up with a strongly worded letter instead of a team. Meanwhile Sri Lanka's out here getting absolutely dad-joked 54-20 in their own sport—that's the kabaddi equivalent of losing at Mario Kart to your little cousin who keeps pressing random buttons.
