Screening of classic Sri Lankan films internationally to mark diplomatic milestones and promote cultural heritage. The focus is on representing Sri Lankan cinema on the world stage.
Nothing says "we've been friends for 75 years" like finally showing up to the screening with a movie so old it needs diplomatic immunity to cross borders. The Netherlands is probably still waiting for the subtitles to load.
